Growing up Ryan lived on the famous Daytona Beach. In elementary school he would come home, do his homework, and then it was straight to the ocean.

His love for the water resulted in him trying out for a club swim team which just so happened to be at the same time as the 2016 Rio Olympics. While watching the games, Ryan made it his goal to someday represent Team USA in swimming at the Olympics

Since that tryout, Ryan has stayed determined everyday to achieve his goal. His hard work and tenacity gets him closer to that dream every day.
